ITV's "This Morning" coverage of our Cuba Challenge (Part 3, Day 3)

I can't believe this - I'm whizzing through these uploads...

Here is Day 3...

Once again, a HUGE thank you to ITV's "This Morning" for their very kind permission in allowing us to share this with you - thank you very much!!!

We really hope you've been enjoying the video content...  there is one final installment to follow but you're going to need to hang on a little bit longer for that one as the clip is a bit too long and in need of cropping before I can upload it so... watch this space!!!

Before I sign off for the evening (or should I say very early morning), here's some news VERY hot off the press - Val and I have both signed up to do Cycle China in October 2010 :)!!!
