We really hope you've been enjoying the video content...  there is one final installment to follow but you're going to need to hang on a little bit longer for that one as the clip is a bit too long and in need of cropping before I can upload it so... watch this space!!!

ITV's "This Morning" coverage of our Cotwolds Training Weekend

Yipppeeeeee - it works!!!

Have been struggling with a dodgy internet connection for the past few days and have been having a right old time trying to upload the video footage of both our Cotswolds Training Weekend and our Cycle Cuba Challenge...

The good news is that tonight the signal seems to be up to speed and I'm really delighted to be able to add this first video clip of the "This Morning" coverage of our Cotswolds Training weekend (filmed last September and aired on around 5 weeks later)...

All footage shown was recorded from ITV's This Morning programme and we'd like to say another really BIG thank you to them for their very kind permission in allowing us to share this with you - thank you so much)!!!

Have very nearly finished off the last few days of cycling in draft and very excited as the wonderful "This Morning" team have given their blessing for me to include some of their footage of the event...

Our Cotswolds Training Weekend

Our training weekend was brilliant!!!!

We were a bit nervous as we had no benchmark of our fitness levels or what to expect but... we did REALLY well!!!  We kept up with the leaders pretty much the whole way through except when we had staggered starts... and came in joint second on the final day :)

The Cotswolds are beautiful but that first hill was awful!!!  I have video footage of it which I'll try and upload.  People were dropping like flies on that hill and many decided to walk it but not us...  we both stopped just long enough to catch our breath and then we were off again!!!

It was great to meet some of the girls who'll be doing the challenge with us and we had fun with the TV camera's as well...

We're really looking forward to Cuba now having conquered this weekend - we cycled over 80 miles (40-odd each day), didn't ache a bit and we both felt like we could have gone on for longer...

ITV coming with us to Cuba

Whooo hooooo - we've just found out that ITV are coming with us to Cuba!!!

The Charity asked if Val and I would have any objections to being filmed - ha ha ha, can you guess what we said???

We'll have to set the video recorder now so that we can bore everybody rigid when we get back...  Don't say we didn't warn you :-)
