The rate of return was up a fair bit on last year but with a bit of luck, we'll get a 100% response rate next year from both sets of Questionnaires...
If you were at our Presentation earlier this year, you will have heard us discussing the results of the Questionnaires and some of the improvements that we had made as a result of them. We really value your feedback and want to make sure that the time you and your employees spend with us is as enjoyable as possible.
For those of you who have been with us a little while, you'll have noticed a number of improvements to our programmes since the beginning of this year - let's see, there was the Questionnaire itself, we changed that to make it more user-friendly and easy to return; we revamped our Review process to make it far more evaluative and the feedback to date has been great and; we created this Website and all the associated section (Health and Safety, Equality and Security) to update you all the lastest developments and we hope, provide you with a useful resource...
That's just a few of the things that we have put into action this year but we plan to keep on making improvements to our training programmes to ensure they meet your needs.
