It all started a few weeks back... we were trying to think of new ways to get all of our students to interact with one another.
Yes, we have our Annual Presentation and that's a great place for students to meet up but we wanted to create a forum where you could interact, brainstorm and help one another with things that come up on a daily basis.
For example, at some point in your Apprenticeship, you will ALL be asked to come up with an idea that could help improve the work of your team or organisation and I know that this can be both quite exciting and absolutely terrifying (sometimes both at the same time)!!!
What to do? Well, we thought we'd like to create a forum where you could discuss your course and work issues with people who are undertaking the same qualification at another company. You would be able to ask questions; say how you approached different scenarios; talk about your successes and failures and hopefully inspire some really great ideas...
The internet seemed like an ideal place to start... so here it is, our very first Blog (in it's early stages)...
We've created a number of Categories and included a Useful Links section but what we really want is your feedback...
